SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by PremierSource Supply (PremierSource Supply LLC) to business customers in the United States and its territories.
Programme name
PremierSource Supply customer service and order notifications.
What messages we send and why
We send service and transactional messages relating to a quote or an order you have with us. These include:
- confirmation that we have received your request for quote
- notice that a quote or order confirmation has been emailed to you
- shipment, delivery and tracking updates
- replies to questions you send us about an active quote or order
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages to consumers.
How you join
You receive messages only if you gave us a mobile number for order updates — on a purchase order or request for quote, or verbally to one of our representatives — or if you sent a text message to our published business number first.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in connection with an active quote or order, so you will typically receive a small number of messages per order and none at all between orders.
Cost
PremierSource Supply does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from us. You can rejoin later by replying UNSTOP or by asking us to add your number again.
Opting out of text messages does not affect emails about an order you have placed, and it does not cancel any order.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and coverage.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and retain this information.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post any changes here with a new effective date.
